With 20+ years of experience as a financial advisor and a quarter century spent working as an attorney, Bob Ogren has developed expertise that few advisors can match. A subject matter specialist, he has lectured and written articles focusing on wealth management, estate planning and retirement planning. In addition, Bob has taught “Ready, Set, Retire” classes as part of the adult education program offered by Lone Star College.
The son of a charter member of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program, Bob has based his advisory practice on some of the same fundamentals used by his father including “long term appreciation of capital with the appropriate risk for each client”. However, his approach has a modern twist as he is sensitive to the new dynamics of building wealth for his clients that include business owners, company executives, affluent families and trusts.
